Why is Immobilize protection in Electric Armor so low??

Nope have grounded.. its at 6.0 when everything else is at 12.0

At least the immobilize protection isn't in Burn.
If it's cramping your style, take Combat Jumping for another 12 mag immobilize protection.
As to why? Well, Grounded is a bit of a strange power as it is. Only works while you're on the ground... I seem to recall it being a bit problematic when it was introduced for Brutes.

I never had a single issue with getting mezzed on my Elec brute. So whatever the Figure is, it's fine as it is

Ive gotten immobilized every now and then and its number is lower than the rest of the set. Makes no sense to me..

Could be a thematic reason. Something to do with conductivity. If you run CJ with it, you'll have nothing to worry about.

Just be lucky you have it at all. I remember when this epic phail of a set first came out for brutes. We had to beg the devs to change it because they always want to give stupid penalties for anyone who gets psionic resistance or a second build up. Grounded is more than enough if you watch what you are fighting you will be fine.

The original problem with Electric Armor and Brutes had nothing to do with being an "epic fail" or with lack of mez/immobilize.
The problem has to do witht he fact it was a damage resistance based set without an inherent heal.
It now has a heal/regen power.
Electric Armor didn't even come with Immobilize Protection to begin with. And with my Elec/Elec Brute, I never got Immobilized with just grounded, as long as they didnt tag me when I was jumping.
Then I'd get immobilized, but be right out of it as soon as I landed.

Also to the OP are you Elec/Elec? I know sometimes when using Lighting Rod it puts you off the ground momentarily as you teleport to execute the power. Maybe thats when your getting immobilize or in some cases KBed. I have CJ and KB IO's to back up Grounded so I don't experience it now, but it was something I noticed while leveling up.

Im actually Elec/SS and I dont have Combat Jumping. I am not getting KB's I am getting occasionally Immobilized if the foes are +3 or more. Not always just every once in a while. I just noticed that the number was lower but then I forgot that it was a passive which is why it's value is so low.
