Thank you everyone for you prayers and thoughts... Going through custody battle for my kids.... Not really sure what to think... Judge thinks kids are better off with me but wants both parents involved so we got Shared custody... *face palm* Still don't think that is whats in the best intrest of my children... But what to do...

I can only imagine, my friend just got full custody of her son recently after having shared custody for the last 7 years or so... and she only got that bc her ex was caught growing ..... and having the son help pick it and so he was charged with child endangerment .... but best of luck and dont try to plant stuff to get him in trouble heehee that might be bad for you heehee

Yea only reason my mother cant win is because my dad is friends with the judge and stuff. So its not really fair and he was the clerk of court some years ago.

Hmmm, forget to mention that my ex has stage 3 non-hodkins lymphoma cancer, which he states he is cured from *there is no cure for cancer* and admitted in court that he wont take the kids to the dentist which in turn caused my youngest child to have 7 cavities and one was absessed. Plus a bunch of other things....
