Thanks for the warning. Perhaps the gremlins got into the TF for some Halloween mischief?
Kinda feel sorry for the GM though. Imagine his shock when he realized he couldn't just wave his magic wand and fix it.....!

It was strange and frustrating, but it was a pretty decent group. A defeat all where the team could actually split up to take out the defeat all nonsense and not get itself horribly killed.
And they seemed to tolerate my silliness, so doubly good. 
Never had that happen on a TF before. Very weird.

Weird... I was thinking on arranging a Citadel in a near future EU side of the ocean, but I guess it will happen the same, so I'll postpone it just in case.

We get a group together to run Citadel.
We complete the first mission, "Investigate the Council Base".
The second mission... "Investigate the Council Base".
Third...
Fourth... at this point, we all know that Citadel is a Council grind, but shouldn't there be something different?
Why yes, yes there should even if it is Citadel.
Our friendly neighborhood GM shows up, and manually completes the mission, and our next mission pops up: "Investigate the Council Base".
Completes it again... and again... and again.
"That's strange."
File that under "things I did not expect a GM to say".
We can't get past the first mission.
The team leader tries talking to Citadel who says "You're not the team leader."
So, our problem has been kicked up the food chain, and when our team leader asks about the bug hunter badge, the GM tells her "There's no badge for breaking a TF."
