Yes, the Cerulean Legion is still around, and pretty much everything you need to know can be found here. There also should be some decent info on Virtueverse, like Soul said, but it's probably a little out of date.

Yeah, I placed The Cerulean Legion in Hazmatter's capable hands after being AWOL myself for a very long time.
Most of the old guard has moved on, it seems... but it looks like there are some new faces, and with power customization the Legion could enjoy a strong rebirth/revitalization if the right people are in place to help Hazmatter out (one man can only do so much).
The group has a strong concept, put together by myself and many very smart current and past members.
The wiki page is pretty much updated, btw. I updated it shortly after I finally left the group, not so long ago.
