My voice is finally getting back to normal today! Yay!

For those that may have missed it Grazel (one of our adoptees from another server) has posted his pics from HeroCon. There are several from the Holder's breakfast, some from the Costume Contest (I don't see Goober's picture, maybe it was too Darkity Dark Dark to show up properly), and some from the Sushi dinner on Sunday.

Including the picture that started the laughter that didn't want to end. This picture was likely the closest one that anyone could get to the angle I had of it.

Such a naughty otter.

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Starting to get a feeling that I might want to attend one of these ... but ... could you handle a presence from the North? Guess I'll have to think about it next year. Seems like you had a blast.

If we can handle Team Texas, Team Ohio, Team Kentucky, Team Phoenix, Team Florida and Team Seattle (among other teams), I'm certain we can handle Team Canada too!

I wouldn't worry too much about that...you can catch up on team size pretty quick with the way we ate when we were there

Actually, you should just start encouraging your fellow Canadian Justice players to attend as well.

There are more than just one or two of you. Of course, it seems rather discouraging to me that Team Ohio had as many members as Team Texas in attendance, and that's only if we count our Texan-currently-living-in-Florida-for-school Neutra. Actually, I'd forgotten one of the Team Ohio members since he kept getting lost on the way to the Justice gatherings, so Team Ohio had 5 members with Mortus Amicus and Team Texas only had 4 if we count Neutra.

Very sad.

Oooo...that means Team Kentucky was almost as big as Team Texas! Missed it by one! Maybe if Floorman, Scimi and I drink enough, we can double our numbers!

OOPS. I forgot one of the Team Texas members, so we had 5 with Neutra. infallible had lost enough weight that I lost sight of him in the crowd.

More like if we drink enough, we'll double everyone else's numbers. And everything in general, come to think of it...

Remember kids, reading is fundamental. Especially on the forums.

To be honest, the only thing I recall seeing Frog drink this weekend was someone else's water.

Red, be sure to look at this. The first image is the one you couldn't see at Buca.

It was delicious. I'm more inclined towards 'on the rocks', but for a frozen one it was just the right mix.

One of these years I'm going to make it to a HeroCon. Team Canada needs more people!
Maybe I can convince my wife to go to California with me, but if I'm gonna come down I think I'm gonna make a week long trip out of it.

I'm thinking fly down for HeroCon, then drive to San Diego to visit her family friends... yeah.. that sounds like a good idea!

Some great pics in there Manoa, thanks for posting!

Oh and Hi BaBs!

So I posted the link to my photos on my SG forums, and I got this as one of my responses:

Dayamn, no one told me there was cosplay... If I were to go there, just think of the posibilities. Get a super-soaker, dye my hair white and go as Crotchety Old Coot... muahahahahaha.
Is it wrong that the first thought that popped into my head was, "But TJ was already there..."

*makes note for next year to have the bartender's number on speed dial for ordering Margarita's on the rocks to be delivered to panels in style*

*makes note to also find out any flavor preferences, salt/no salt, etc before placing said orders*

*makes note to take pictures of indignant look on Jay's face when the Margarita's arrive for BAB instead of Coors Light for him*

These notes are to butter BABs up before you ask the inevitable "do costumes cause lag" question, right?

That was pretty much a one-shot deal last year.

True, I did make the comment about costumes causing lag in the hallway this year, but it was made as a statement, not as a question.

It wasn't my fault that BAB chose to start in on the "are you meaning system latency or .... " standard answer to that question.

I'll stick to trying to one-up whatever drinks are being sent Jay's direction, but I may have to start including Ken Morse, The Dark Watcher, Foxbat ... er ... Horatio, and of course pohsyb in the mix. First, I have to find out beverages of choice, and apparently preparation methods. i know I could likely order a Fat Tire for Fox... dangit ... Horatio and be good, but I'd rather know his real preference.
