Yeah, I had one award late about 7 or 8 months ago. You need to file a petition with support to have them look at it and award it.

"Almost a week now" isn't actually that long (although I know it seems like an eternity to you while you wait to hear back...), so I'd suggest giving them a few more days or even another week, and then if you haven't heard anything, first check your PlayNC account page and your toons for the badge, and if nothing's changed, I'd say at that point you might want to follow up with Support.|

Support responded saying they cleared it up. Logged in before maintenance brought the servers down. Badge awarded.
Every three months.
I've asked that it be corrected for future dates each time.

I had the same thing happened to me and now I get mine 3 days later than I should. Of course CS won't correct this problem even though it happened on there end.
It took me a little while to even get a response, I had to call them to get it resolved.

Sorry you had to call them though, that does seem a bit odd.
my 33-month vet reward is about 4 days late, and has been late on several previous occassions (but by no more than 2 days)... good advice, i'll file a petition.

My vet badje is going on 3 weeks late, and I think they hate the petitions I file every week, becuase they are either ignored or promptly deleted

Ever since the Vet system started I've gotten most of mine within a day or so of when they were expected. But I've had a couple that I've had to petition for because they were late. I've never figured out a pattern with what made those "broken" versus the other ones. I pay for this game annually so at least I know whatever's going on doesn't seem to be related to monthly account payment issues.
Basically I just keep an eye one it and hope that it doesn't break each time. I wish it were more reliable, but it looks like we may just have to put up with it being randomly flakey with some people. *shrugs*

I've been working with support, but all they say is they are reviewing the situation.....
In any event has anyone else of late been due to receive a Vet Badge and not gotten it? I've rechecked my account time since the last one and I am definitely past due.
