Very nice
I'm not ebil (yet) but I love seeing these screenies.
Mainly because I love how seeing people set up their trays, arrange windows, etc.
And congratulations. I think your screenshots make it very clear that the devs hate heroes and that villians are overpowered

I'm working up my 42 to have ridculous +rech as well (e.g., Sleet stacking for 8-9 secs and 4 secs short of perma Benumb, etc).

Repeat Offenders
Ice/Cold indeed. When I was leveling I had Aid Self which helped, but mostly offense yes. Freeze Ray comes in very handy too. Keep half a spawn held while you burn the rest down. As for bosses once you've fired off your debuffs and an attack chain usually their recharge is so shot they can't do anything but run slooooowly while you kill them.

I had Aid Self on mine when level'n, but swapped for Phase and more Global Recharge.

First, nice work. Second.. what are those bright orange power icons with the teleport / power boost images? Are those the Mission Teleporter and Mystic Fortune?
Rule number six of an empathy defender is NEVER underestimate a blaster's ability to die. I don't care if he has CM, Fort, both RAs, bubbles (both FF and Sonic), and is fighting next to a Storm defender with hurricane on. If there is a way to die in that situation, the blaster will find it.

I realized he was using Vanden's patch, just didn't have a clue what powers those icons would represent, mod or no mod.

Pick what you want to monitor and right click. Select the option that lets you monitor that attribute.
