1. Make sure you're on the right server
2. Check your character slot scrollbar at the bottom of the character slot list. Sometimes it will default to the second or third page, and all your heroes will be on the first.
Are you sure you selected the same server you did the first time you played?

Yes, they give you bunches of slots on all the servers, so you can make all the alts you want. Until you fill them up and open other accounts. They are sneaky like that.

I'm not sure if this is due to the server downtime today or not but I went to login to the game now (2:44pm EST) and when I got to the select my hero screen my hero is missing.
Is this a glitch from the maintenance or what?
