We only have two - my mom's horse, and my horse - so we're not farmers
Although, I do like to farm rosettes with mine

Not that kind of better - better as in adding even more fun to life.

So...it was an Animal Farm? Was it anything like that book?

I work a job to eat and pay bills and many of you do too.
I think that's farming =D

Every day I go to my "AE building" for 8 hours, I don't fight bosses but just talk to them.
after 2 weeks of this work-farming, I get infam...sorry, money.
This is used for enhancements such as power, my Internet proc (chance for hold)
and hp/end insps (food) as well as acc insps (coffee)

Alas, our cows didn't talk. On the other hand, maybe that was a good thing.

Funny thing was, for my response i was considering work "normal play" generally everyone does that. Hence when i get opportunities to get overtime and get a higher reward scale for the work, thats when i was considering it farming. Doesnt apply to salaried people here, but bugger em, they make more anyhow . Also work related, but since i got a time sensitive bit of work done faster than expected, i got a literal farming reward, my boss grows plums, so i got 3 really nice red plums as a thank you.

I DO fight the bosses every day and oddly in RL it's doesn't give the biggest drops, if fact quite the opposite. However it does need to be done or we'd end up doing even more crazy things.

Same here. The blizzard of '78 wiped out all of our cattle unfortunately. Only two cats of all the animals we owned survived(out of 50 or so). The flood of '79 further doomed our farm(North Dakota if you care). That was the last bit of official farming I've ever done.
