Oh, and a voice of concern to my fellow regens out there...anyone notice that we now get a -regen buff whenever we get travel suppression too?

That seems fubared to me, even if it is intended. Travel suppression is enough, without adding that in. And it really does hurt people with good Regen, too. Of course, I despise how the Malta bots can zero out any character's regen, too. And that's supposedly WAI.
