I do like the official one though. The difficulty slider scene made me chuckle, with a scrapper adding more enemies to those well known pushovers the Malta Group...
That official trailer failed to show how much better I-16 is than Champions' color options.
What really needs to be shown, is how you can blend primary and secondary colors.
They also left out Dark powers, and the use of WHITE on bright powers.

After watching Samuraiko's video, I think you guys should just scrap the official one :P
It doesn't work. It shows the commercial and then nothing. Firefox and Safari.

It's weird that both vids have simliar sound tracks, or was that just me.
When is Paragon Studios gonna hire her?
Um.. the official trailer DID NOT make me want to go play.. it bored me a little actually.. now Dark Respite's video did what all of her videos have ever done.. made me load in.. hey Cryptic, maybe you should be paying her to do your videos!!!!
What I would really love to see is a video from Respite encompassing the game as a whole in it's current state... then who knows.. perhaps see Crytic throw it on a tv commercial.. i bet you would see some new subscriptions then...

And trust me, I've had a video in mind for almost six months now for 'the game as it stands' that is totally meant to "sell" CoH/CoV. I just can't afford to license the music to do it, because this is a video that once made, I would tell EVERYONE I know to use it to spread the word about the coolness that is CoH, and the distribution licensing for that is not cheap (at least not by my standard).
(It'd be too long for a TV commercial, but it'd make one hell of a "coming attractions" preview trailer.)
And again, David and his team are constantly making strides in the videos they produce... enough to keep me on my toes!

I still find it odd that the last couple videos released by Paragon are very close to DR's
I think it's a case of great minds think alike.
Did anyone else see the guy who had the two spheres above him on either side. Some sort of blade was circling around. Anyone know what power set that was, because it looked so neat.
