Super reflexes is always a great choice. It is fairly cheap to cap positional defenses, it has a good amount of defense debuff resistance, and it has scaling resists so that when you do get hit after the first time it wont hurt as much.

SR is a great secondary as others have pointed out. I think Inv is another good choice depending on the primary. I haven't taken my WP scrapper to the wall yet, but I'd suspect the results would be similar to using my Inv.

Kat/SR
DM/SR
BS/Inv (Relays heavily on Divine Avalanche)

I've taken a BS/regen, BS/WP, and a DM/SR to the wall. I need to try my DM/Regen, and DM/WP. With the three that I have taken, I've done fairly well with all three. Non of them were fully IOed out. I'm looking forward to going up there with one that is. As far as what's the best combo, I really can't give one. If I say set/set is best because of A, B, and C, someone else will say, no set/set is better because of X,Y, and Z. We would both be right.
/SR, /SD, and /invul have res to def debuffs, /SR gives you faster recharge, /SD gives you more dmg, /invul will raise your to hit rate and offers higher res to S/L. It all comes down to how you want to play.

Defense sets will do well to herd up to the aggro cap then ae them all... however i found about as fast, if not faster, to run there with my spines/dark or claws/dark. I can only kill about 10 of them and sometimes i even die in the process when a boss is involved, but i kill them so fast the respawn is barely enough and it's more fun. When purple inspirations drop, i can even herd them as well.

I'd also add quite a bit of +tohit and +accuracy... if they get a chance to bunch up they can stack thier +defense powers that would slow things down a lot.

An SR toon on each of my two main servers..I like that idea.

Hello all.
I have a question.
I would like to take on the Roman Cimeroran Wall solo with a scrapper, and not worry too much about the stacking Defense Debuffs. What would be a good scrapper primary and secondary to do this?
Would like a primary/Secondary that performs well using a mixture of Common IOs and sets such as Crushing Impact.
I have been thinking about doing this for a while, but issue 16 is the time to make new toons, so, well, I decided that it is time to get off my duff and doooo it
