My mistake, I posted the wrong extension. Please try again now.
Archive extracts fine now, and I've copied the directory to the Regions folder, but it doesn't show up on the load menu in-game. I have the Deluxe edition (if it matters) - is there something I'm doing wrong?

Oh yeah, this game is weird like this, Mac, but I think I know your problem. There's also a regions folder under /owner/documents/Sim City 4/Regions, try placing it in that one instead of the SM4 folder under Program Files
That. is. AWESOME! I've got to reinstall SC4 now to play this! Creating the cities according to the Paragon City zones will be quite interesting...
That *is* cool.. I saved it.. if I ever get back to playing SimCity 4.. I might try it out someday.

Now if AE could go as far as to let you make your own map like Sim City, I could spend hours making worlds.

I'd start talking about remaking Paragon City as it looks in the game, but I get the feeling going down that road might potentially break a rule or three!

I don't play SC4 but that is awesome. Great work!
That's right, it took me a couple days, but I painstakingly hand-formed this custom region for Sim City 4 to look like the Paragon City peninsula we all know and love. It's not 100% accurate, but I'm pretty proud of it. Simply download the archive, pull the folder it and drop it in your /Regions/ folder in Sim City 4 and you should be good to go!
