They should be available for any account.
Pain Domination is currently only available as a Secondary powerset for Corruptors and Masterminds.
Also.. there is only one version of the game. The current Issue includes all previous Issues. For example, you can't download i13. You already have it.
i16 isn't out yet, so you'd have i15 installed. If you're not fully up to date, you can't even login. The updater should automatically install the latest version.

They call this 'Power Proliferation' and it is an ongoing process. Rest assured, if you can log in and create a character, EVERY set that has been released is available to you, just not necessarily for every character type.

I'm sorry to hear you bought a new copy of the game though. You could have just reactivated your account and then downloaded the Mac Version of the client. Clients are free, account codes and upgrades cost money. At least though if you applied the code to your old account you get 30 free days and the goodies from the Mac version.

I just returned to CoV/CoH after about a year hiatus of playing another MMO. I was thrilled that they finally have the Mac version of the game and last night I bought and downloaded it and let it go through all the random updates that basically took 8 hours.

So I'm wondering what I need to do/buy to get these available to me. Its a little confusing on the website as all the information is about i16...and I think what I'm needing is i13.
