I guess I'll be a Brute, but I wouldn't mind a dark Blast Miasma char.

3 Dominators and 1 MM... I don't know that a Brute is needed, but you can certainly feel free to make one. Or just make what you want to play and let the mobs try to kill each other or some disposable pets when they're not just flopping on their backs or standing there doing statue impersonations.

As for buffing... gather for AM?

Plus, I'll be Triage Beacon-ing and Force Field Generating. Traps looks like a good mix of buffage, de-buffage and blowin' stuff up. I'd say to play what you want and concentrate on having fun. That's all the difference in the world.

Statesmonkey Sez: Lighten up! It's a game, for Lincoln's sake!
Also: Six years of casual play begins to look an awful lot like one year of hardcore play.

I'm pretty sure when he said "buffer" he meant "/kin to make it so my stone armor guy can move"

It's not an uncommon definition among players of Stone Armor toons

Well if we're gonna just make what we want I may just make a Clone of my MM Caleb Hart...
I'll see what happens though...

AM has +movement.

Besides, don't all /Stones take teleport anyway? C'mon, you know you want to see a big rock guy tele-viscerate someone!

I do not confirm nor deny anything about this statement. . .

Ok. I'm decided. I will be playing a /stone Brute named Old As Dirt. He will either be claws or War mace(Shillelagh = cane?).

Okay that gives us 8 confirmed choices (assuming Caleb Lancaster decides for sure what he wants).

I want to remind anyone who might be interested though that I have no problem running this group in multiple teams, so if you want to play, throw your hat in!

LoL....I know several players that impersonate statues!!! Many times while we are in the midst of a battle!

Hey now. They'll learn. Easy mode is getting turned of in I-16 and if we want to keep the players it brought in, we'll have to be nice to them, even if they dont have the best handle on how to play (yet).

I usually try to be nice, but I usually get a face full of:
"I'm better than you cause I didn't play anything other than WAPL for 76 Hours Straight and got a Lvl 50 within a week and am now getting my PeazeBrgha to Lvl 50 too. Suck it!"
I am willing to help them when i16 Releases though.

I could do kin rather than rad. Rad gets it's best stuff early/mid; kin gets it mid/late. So the big question is whether the group will last until level 38 and the brute gets Granite and the kin gets Fulcrum Shift. Sorry to be a downer but these groups seem to die by mid 30s as schedules change or people decide they don't like the character as much as they hoped.

Or I can level up a kin separately and switch once we reach 38.

I'll redo the build and see which way I'd rather go but I think the switching off would be the best idea.

Should we consider this a group of players rather than a group of characters? So people can change characters if needed around the same level?

Built an archery/kin and then a rad/kin. Thinking I like the rad kin better.

I'm not about to tell someone they have to play something that they don't like. It's all about getting together and having fun. Long as you meet the level requirements on the week's schedule, I say go for whatever.

Sweet, was hoping you'd say that. I'll go ahead and create the rad/kin tonight and level it up to 38 or 39. Then when I16 hits I'll play the archery/rad until the brute hits 38.
