well i can tell you about electric tanks in i16... Unlike the electric brutes of i15, their power can be customized!!!
What more is there about electric tanks that we don't already know?
I really should do something about this signature.
Whether Energize's heal, recharge, and regeneration values will be enhanceable, and to what degree.
Of course, the devs may have no firm answer to these questions yet.
