Mission help?
This is the one where you start outside a building, find Doc D, then go up to the top and go inside, yes? Keep looking, there should be elevators when you're inside and you can work your way further into the building. Capt Castillo is most definitely in there.

A good place where I find information on missions and other stuff is Paragon Wiki. Good place to learn more about CoX
Here's the link.
I have gone to find myself. If I get back before I return, Keep me here!

It has a screenshot of the inside of the building, but doesn't really have a walkthrough of how to get there though.
LL is right -- fly or walk up and find the opening upstairs that gets you inside. The rest of the mission occurs in there.
(I was going to point him to the wiki, but I don't see any references to the navigation difficulties there.)

There is also a global channel called "Help." It's public, so anyone can join and add it to his or her chat tab. This one generally needs to be manually added to the chat tab. At least once a week someone will come in and ask questions in the global Help channel without adding it to the visible chat channels on the tab, so the person can't see the responses and asks the question over and over again until frustration sets in or someone can send a /tell explaining to add the channel to the chat tab. If you use global Help, make sure to add it to your chat tab!
If you're not sure how to add channels to your chat tabs, send me a private message here or a global tell to @MissInformed and I'll be happy to walk you through it.

I really think Help should be made an auto selected channel - it'd make it so much easier for new players.
Also, is enemy chat still set to disabled as the default setting? Because that's another thing that really should be changed too.

You can also try using the Help channels to ask questions while you're in the game. There's a local Help channel on each server that you can access by typing "/help, <messsage>." It shows up as a purplish-blue color by default and anything you send to that channel can be seen by anyone on the server, so long as they have it added to their chat tab.

Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
/help and /h bring up the big help menu thing.
Only /hc works for the help channel.
The help tab is still tied to the /h command, which is really freakin' stupid but eh.

Oh, and just as a heads up, when you encounter Castillo the second time (it will be during Agent G's arc), be sure to read the clue you get after searching his desk. It's pretty hilarious (and has inspired my bit about one of the most prolific TV shows in the Isles being "The I Love Me Hour with Captain Castillo.")
I'm lvl 22 and a relative newcomer to the CoH. I'm not sure where to go for help with individual missions. If there's another site or forum which is more likely to help with missions let me know. I've been very successful finding the goal of missions and haven't had a problem until now. Now I'm stumped.
I've been trying to do a mission called "Find the Recording" where Doc Delilah helps you find a recording and defeat a Captain Castillo. The Doc and got into the building and cleaned out the bad guys but I couldn't find any recording or any Captain Castillo either. Probably there's something I overlooked, though we spent an awfully long time looking for it. Can anybody help?
