which contacts herside continuously give out missions? the only one I know of fore sure is borea.

I don't think there are any more.. well, unless you count PVP zones.

I've got one in IP that seems to keep giving me hunt x number of Family or Sky Raiders mishs. Had 3 or 4 in a row now and doesn't seem to be an end to them.

@craggy see me on Union for TFs, SFs (please!) or just some good ol fashioned teaming.

Pretty sure there's some in the Shadow Shard, but I forget the names. I know one is a General, he's just inside the Shadow Shard.

All of the (non-TF) contacts in the Shadow Shard are 'repeatables'.

General Hammond [40-45], Dr. Boyd [40-45], Dr. Huxley [45-50], Lt. Col. Flynn [45-50], Lt. Volkov [45-50]

I suppose you could say the TF contacts are 'repeatable' too.
