Obviously any deity/universal power is English* and so they'll be using day/month/year representation of dates but they'll also be using GMT for times. No need to dilute it to British Summer Time when Greenwich is firmly in England.

And we get further proof, if more were needed, that the universal architect is English: Our world couldn't be annihilated whilst England is doing well in the Ashes...
