Leveling

So as you all know. OR SHOULD! (JK). I am new, I justed finished a sewers team on my level 4, going up to level 10. However, I can't find any missions or groups currently. Atlas park only seems to have 1-5 and 33-50, people hanging around. Steel Canyon doesn't seems to have anyone hanging around.

Where should I go to level at this level?

Note: I'm a defender, so I'm mostly looking for group play.

Head to king's row and pick up a newspaper from the detective. He'll be your first contact there when you zone in. Then do newspaper missions until you get a safeguard. After the safeguard, you'll get a new contact.

Also, if you do contact missions (go to your initial contact in atlas to be introduced to one) you'll eventually be introduced to more contacts.

Also most servers have some Global channels dedicated to finding teams, those can often be a good resource. Check the sub-forum for your server, someone ther can probably tell you the names.

Might also help to find a Super Group ( a guild) on your server. there should be an appropriate list on your server's forum.

If you are only level 4, you may need to gain another level before being able to access the Hollows (security level 5) or before the detective will give you missions in Kings Row. (Perez Park has a security level of 7, BTW).

You should have an initial contact in the basement of City Hall to give you some missions in Atlas Park. A couple of those and you should be good to go - and that will start your contact chain to take you to other zones. That's not the only way to start the contact chain, but those beginning contacts are one way to get there.

On an unrelated note, someone needs to destroy or remove experience from AE.

As clearly stated in the first post. I am level 10.

As the others have said, head to King's Row and talk to a Detective there. He will give you access to the Police Scanner so you can do those missions. Should also have a couple contacts in Kings you could talk to.

If you are having trouble finding teams be more proactive and start your own. I'm seeing more and more that people are looking for non AE teams so use that to your advantage.

Check your Active contact list. You should have at least one contact who should have missions and/or new contacts for you.

You generally won't find many people 'hanging around' in this game. It's very soloable and instance-based, most people are probably in missions.

Use the Find function to search for teams, or to start your own.

tag, ima newb too. Was looking for something to do till Aion came out. LoL. Think i found it . Played a few hours and ran into a group heading to sewers and off I went to lvl 8 or 9 . Fun game. I totally disowned this game for years ;/ . Glad I tried it. It really does have some very nice features.
