However, had Cryptic developed them for CoH, they would no longer own them since Crytpic sold the CoX IP a few years back. It'll be interesting to see if NCSoft feels the similarities to be striking. I wonder why NC didn't negotiate for a non-compete clause.
I think Cryptic was, at the time, working with Marvel on the development of the now-defunct MUO, so I doubt Cryptic would have gone along with that. Besides...as it has now been clearly shown, competition does wonders for a stagnant MMO

I love how subjects jump around in threads... I click on "last page" of a thread with the subject line "Issue 16 Release Date", and read a bunch of posts about CoX and Cryptic's sound effects libraries...

I never liked BLTs. I always felt they needed more to them maybe another deli meat like ham or roast beef.
