Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.

When you look at your chat box, you will see these tab looking thinga-ma-bobs, right click one and it'll bring up a box thing. You will see 2 bubbles and some buttons in the center of the two, in the center you will see a "Join Channel Button" type in Triumph Watch 2.0 and Triumph Watch 2.1. I usually keep both in my tab but talk in 2.1 and just watch 2.0. Talking in 2.0 can get you silenced as starting a new topic is off topic and snow globe's a lil trigger happy.
You'll prolly see me talking in 2.0, i have a habitual problem of getting silenced in 2.0 for looking for SFs, so since i usually get silenced anyways, i harrass the channel.
(If you have a pitch fork, hide it while ur joining and talking in 2.0)
At least you dont get silenced for an entire month.... You would think SOMEONE has a grudge against me..... 
I'd still like come clarification about the pants/skirt rule - is this for our avatars, or RL? And do leggings count or not?

HH, snow globe silences me for existing, he just outright dispises you though.
