New merit rules and dual builds in early December - Issue 13.
Winter event in December
2XP in Jan or Feb.
Tickets in April - Issue 14
...I do recall peaks throughout the winter now that you mention it. I just can't remember how extreme they were.

To me it depends when I-16 comes out, seeing as North American servers will have double xp after iit comes out.
I think we are going to be high for a few weeks still, now that we are heading into the 1st weekend since DXP, alot of just weekend players are going to be wanting to buy things as well.

Its a great time for lowbie alts though. Just run you <10 through 1 or 2 MA missions and use the tickets to buy common 41-50 arcane salvage (Fortunes, etc) at just 8 tickets a piece.
Be a millionaire several times over by level 10.
