What Bank?

Then how did I get a mission in the woods just a few weeks ago? I'll admit it was on a level 20 character, but it was still in the woods.
A few issues ago, one of the quality of life improvements was redesignating all the Perez Park mission doors so that none were in the forest maze.

It's still a good QoL that they changed most of the mission doors.

They weren't in the excavations underground to the right of the dam either? Odd, let us know where you found it. I for one an interested in the location now.
I think the problem you're running into is that the mission is on the other side of the dam in Faultline. There IS a door that will get you to the other side of the dam. If memory serves it is slightly to the left of the center of the dam. To the left of the water pooled under the dam you should find an area with several doors in the wall of the dam. The door that gets you through it is one of those.
Thanx everybody for the suggestions. I found the doors alright on the left of the pool at the foot of the dam which lead inside the dam itself and you can go out a door to the other side. Problem is that the other side of the dam isn't any closer to the mission objective. I have explored the area near the wall and the extensive excavations and can't find any way in. Next I will try my mission teleporter (when it recharges in an hour or so) though I wanted to find a route to it myself. I'm not far away as the crow flies. This mission is called "Protect Steel Canyon Bank" and I would suppose I'd need specific directions for that mission. The underground parking garage, suggested above, wasn't the right place. |
Badging in a PvP zone?
If you are treasure hunting on a battlefield wearing an enemy uniform, there is a high probability that you will be attacked.
This is an enjoy-the-ride game. "50" is only a number, not the goal of the game. - Noxilicious
They were - the door to the safeguard was one of the old base doors, not the police van

Could you be a little more self righteous? Or perhaps a touch less helpful?
This is what happens when people jump straight into the AE instead of doing regular content and learning basic game mechanics like how to get to mission entrances.

The Faultline mission entrances gave me fits (especially the ones in the tunnel system) when the zone opened, long before AE was on the scene, and long after I started playing.
My scrapper doesn't need an AoE. She IS an AoE.
Hey, even Some of us old fogies have gotten flustered looking for mission entrances in our newbie days. Today's high level newbies is not anything new by any measure. As some 5+ year verteran about Winterlord Babies some time. They'll give you an earful.
