Safeguard badges and Flashback

Hi folks.
First time post, so please be gentle
I'm a long time player, but have never gained any (bar 1) accolades. I want to obtain the 'Invader' accolade for my villains. My question is:
Can I use the flashback system to gain the mayhem missions? If so, how?
Or, do I have to find some lowbies for each mayhem range and plead with them to exemp me down?

No, the Mayhem and safeguards missions do not appear on the Ouroboros Crystal/ Flash back, you'll need to find lowbies who got the bank mission.

Since you want to collect badges (well a few anyway).
I would advice to join a badgehunter channel as well. From time to time mayham/safeguards do pop up.
On union we use "Sals badgehunters".

Usually through the channels xp is usually not the big fuss, so sometimes you don't need to be exemplared down. But it will always be up to the mission holder.

I was equally disappointed when I found out that I couldn't grab some of those badges I missed (due to lack of knowledge about safeguard missions and because I levelled up with normal contacts past the area level requirements) via the flashback system.

I know you can still get the badges by joining those doing them normally, but it's hard to find people doing it when you're looking unless you monitor the channels as given above.

I would love for safeguard missions (perhaps via flashback police scanner missions) to be available so I can grab the badges I missed.

Maybe they could bring in the safeguard/mayhem missions and limit them to 'one run only' in the flashback system? This could then avoid countless runs to obtain unlimited raptor packs etc.
It would then allow the players interested in completing all the content to do all the side missions as well, rather than having to rely on a lower level team staying in the mission etc?

Maybe if they do them as flashbacks but without the bonus power grants as you would of 'officially' out-leveled the bonuses after the flashbacks.

Don't understand why, if you were adding these missions to Ouroboros, you'd look to do anything other than award the temp as it is awarded now - i.e. the first time you sucessfully complete the safeguard/mayhem whilst above the minimum level you get the temp. You don't for subsequent completions.

To offer a reason to do Safeguard / Mayhem missions outside of the flashback system too, whilst allowing those that outleveled them and missed the exploration and other badges to go back and get them.
