Didn't have those in my country. Here it was toffee or cream caramels individualy wrapped in plastic. They started appearing here 2 years ago I think, but never tried the stuff.

I am currently in touch with the Sales and NCsoft store Web team to fix this issue as quickly as possible. I will update this thread once this has happened. This is a recent issue and shouldn't have affected too many people, but I should have more info on this when our European office is back at work tomorrow.

Steps are being taken to address this issue. In the meantime, our Customer Support team has been made aware of this and anybody affected by this pricing issue should get in touch with them either ingame with the /petition command (NOT the /bug one) or via the NCsoft Support centre.

I tried to petition via the support page as suggested Avatea but after I spent an age filling in the first part correctly I hit submit & it wiped the lot out & asked me to create a new account !!!

I've done an ingame petition instead but I'm not holding my breathe.

I spent 15 minutes submitting something on the support page (which I think needs its own support page, must have been an age since I used it, but I swear last time the damned thing was actually usable)

I hope it got through, I hope it made sense, I hope they give us a decent support page at some point in the future, or even the old one back. Although it does discourage me submitting any problems because I know its going to take a lot of effort and I might try

a) fixing them myself
b) having a drink and checking to see if the problem solves itself. Repeat till problem/sight gone

The easiest way to contact our GMs is indeed ingame if you can do it. Please send me a PM if you do find that you are having problems using the NCsoft Support page. The last thing we want to do is discourage anybody from contacting our Support team!

As a new new new player (three new's), I've used the Architect edition to finally get into the game I created an account for four years ago.

And loving it so far

Just a quick update. I received a reply to my in-game petition to say it was being investigated but I had to wait until the morning for the EU people to be available. That was 3 days ago & not heard anything since & don't expect any news for the next 3 with it being the weekend.

I know it's not a huge some of money but it's still a customer being overcharged. Not impressed at all.
