I'm trying to access the account server to change my credit card details but it just keeps timing out, has anuone else had this problem?

The new NCSoft EU site is useless franky and doesn't seem up to the job.

I am French and I have the meme probleme that you, I have two accounts, I have to send via my only account which walks(works) to the technical support today, I waits for an answer I received one of their e-mail of automatic answer!

The Guild Wars freebie extras can only be claimed through the NCSoft Account site. They became available today, and this seems to be partly responsible for the trouble accessing accounts today.

yep, it's the GW part here.
i'm trying to buy a character reset pack for GW, but i'm kinda locked out here.

I wanted the super booster, but havn't managed to get that far. I can sometimes login, sometimes view the store, sometimes even select the booster pack but it never gets the whole way through and I have tried repeatedly for 6 hours now, no change.

Also asked SGmate if he could try and it was stuck for him (so change computer, change ISP and even changed to crapsplorer browser to make sure)

Same here - the link "https://secure.plaync.com/cgi-bin/Store.pl?language=en-gb" just isn't working for me at all.

This link hasn't been changed when they did their maintenance the other day has it?

Ah - just tried the link from the CoH site to the PlayNC site and there's a message that it is down for maintenance.

Ah well - I'll have no doubt gone off the idea of the magic booster by the time it gets back up - sigh

I have some information I can share with you all.

The NCsoft.com store has been experiencing extremely high traffic over the last few weeks. We've had a few very popular new products become available in a short period, and the demand has been high: Architect Edition, the Magic Booster, our Steam launch, and the latest is the Guild Wars free storage pane offer. Our servers have become overloaded at times and this has caused the slowness you have all witnessed.

Our billing and web teams are working to resolve the problems. They've already replaced old database hardware with brand new, faster hardware. The web sessions database has also been upgraded, and they will be implementing a better session manager in the near future. Additionally, they're working on adding an additionally six web servers.

In the meantime, if you experience slowness and your browser times out and reports an error after you confirm a purchase, please do not click any 'try again' (or similar) buttons your browser offers. Doing so submits an entirely new request to the server, however your original request may still be processing; this could result in you inadvertantly having two purchases processed. You should wait a few minutes and check your email before trying again (you will be sent a receipt if your purchase is successful).

I still cant log in to my account or access the store. I'm on a free trialand wanted to update my account, but cant.
