Could do with maps with spawn points and how the game interprets them (front, middle, back) and whether the mobs or objects will spawn there... oh never mind. 
Some american is bound to have done it.

With Ice patches and burning sections that should be an unique map. Like Green Fog or Mayhem's hospital.

Does anyone know if there is a list of what maps are unlockable and what packs they are in?
I am after the frostfire map, but the packs are a little rich for me to just buy them all.
