Read some other threads, seen some other people have been having problems with this pack as well.

However this seems to be something different.

I've contacted support about this and so far heard nothing.

This is just asking if there's anything I'm doing wrong or any advice on what to do next.

So, basically, everytime I attempt to apply the code to my account I get this message:

"The supplied serial code is valid, but it can not be used to create a new account and it can not be applied to any accounts you already have."

I have the Cyborg pack and the Mac special edition pack, as well as CoH Deluxe, CoV and Good Vs Evil. Could any of that been conflicting?

Or do I just wait now for a reply from support? All I've got is an automated one and that was 2 days ago.

Sadly they don't offer refunds for serial numbers. But you can always try.

Try to ask that they switch the code from US to EU as I suggested to another player who may have bought the wrong one, however his english wasn't very good and logged off before I could send him/her the name of someone who could speak with him/her in his native tongue.

I've done exactly the same thing, and support were very helpful and extremely quick in getting back to me to begin with, but have spent two days telling me precisely nothing.

I blame it on the master NCSoft account auto-directing me to the US version. After finding the EU version on the NCSoft store myself, I note it says "There's a US Version too!" but on the US store... nothing similar.

I've asked them if they can transfer what I've given them between their US and EU companies but nothing yet and I'm not particularly hopeful. It'll just be like losing a fiver in the back pocket of my jeans in the wash.

Irritating, but I'll hardly miss it.

"We can't switch the version of the code you purchased. The US serial code purchase has been refunded. <snip>

You can now purchase the correct EU version."

Doh... just bought the US one myself then, as i got the same message...

Where do I find the EU version at??

**Edited: Found it, but the new site is not very intuitive IMO...**

Damn, I've done the same thing as well. Still no word from NCSoft but hopefully I'll get one soon.
