It's not a farming nerf as such, they've just reduced all toon's powers across the board on the EU servers. Farming, PvP, PvE, the works. Because we're not the US, so they felt we had it coming.
And all future EU updates will be held back for a month after they've gone live in the US, just because. (If an EU player tries to access a US-only thing via a global facility like the auction houses their client will crash hard, by design; 5% chance of permanent damage to the drive.)
On the plus side, there'll be much less altoholism now we've been cut back to 1 toon per server...

Farming missions havent been nerfed, if anything they've been buffed by this latest patch.

Well I guess that framing fire/kin controllers have been nerfed as a result of recharge powers no longer affecting pets. Is that what you are referring to?
Aside from the ticket buff, all I'd heard is that a particular rikti critter was giving out too much exp, so they fixed it. Less "nerf" more "fixed exploit".
Not that farmers would ever go so low as to use an exploit, of course...
