I going for a long shot here and going for 18:04 for server up time.
Too many 50's to list here's a few you may know.
Slazenger, Area51, Area53, Area54, Erruption, Mind Plague, Thresher, Sheath, Broadside, Debt
A few people did. That's what's so funny about it.
Maybe the additional delay is because we're getting issue 15 at the same time 
Nah, they're just making sure we have no chance of oversmurfing the US badgehunters! 
Maybe the servers are rejecting the load, because they think a whole issue can't just contain one thing only

The servers ARE up, just not for public play, so they didn't lie. They just didn't tell us they're gonna have fun themselves for a whole day before we're overloading the MA server with our pathetic uploads!
Can anyone else imagine all the devs laughing their heads off down the pub and having drinking competitions to see who was gonna have to come back to switch the servers on.
