Heh i think we have different points of view here. I liked the V02 more. On artistic side both are equaly well done but V02 is more easy to understand. On V01 i must admit i had a hard to understand what is what.

I did some changes, over some errors, like eyes, name and hairstyle. Not too bad I hope^^;
Color version is much better. The char shooting lighting in the non colored version just gets lost. First time i looked at the non colored one i honestly only saw one character shooting lightning out his back, the other character was lost to me.
Both are fine for me, coloured and monochromed.
What strikes me as odd is that this is the first time you make a picture where I find the character(s) to look stiff with unnatural poses.
Maybe it's just me but I'm not fond of this one as much as I am of all your other ones.
Love the wings though.

the red and black was indeed not clear, like Neko I only saw one character.
After seeing the coloured version, the composition became more clear.
After seeing what's what, I do prefer the red and black one as well.
