Whenever i enter the city hall in Atlas i get the incredibly loud humming noise.
I see no reason why it's even there, can't just do away with it?

Isn't it being caused by the RV portal downstairs?

The purring is part of the hymns from the old catgirl temple that's deep under City Hall.

Edited for err, well just a giggle I suppose.

If you mean the zone ambient noise?, It is way too loud and strangely present in all zones. I haven't noticed anything special about the soundscape inside the Interior of City Hall, I'll have to have a listen tonight.

Hmm, the only thing I can think of that's present in all zones is the war walls, the noise must be the generators for those...

Only if you play in full screen, altering sound settings when in windowed mode does nada, unless you turn em off completly, which i don't want to.

Really? I have the music turned right down permanently, but altering sound FX up or down seems to work fine for me.

It works until you restart then volume is back to normal.

Ah. I only ever do it to turn down the fx when I have a quiet piece of music playing, which is probably why I never noticed. Far enough apart for me not to remember I'd already done it
