Yes, that'll work number-wise - but you might have trouble affording them (or finding them at all) if you go via the AH. A lot of other people will have had the same idea.

2 lvl 50 heal/rech, 2 lvl 40 heal/rech. If my chosen at benefits from regen i do numina Heal/rech numina Heal/end/rech doctored wounds heal/rech harmonized healing heal/rech.

It largely depends on how high up the ED curve you're happy to count as high enough, and what level the IOs are.
If you slot 4 Heal/Rechs of the same level in the power, you get these numbers for both heal and recharge:
Level 35: 89.23%
Level 40: 92.55%
Level 45: 95.19%
Level 50: 95.90%
Slot 5 and you get this:
Level 35: 97.20%
Level 40: 98.09%
Level 45: 98.98%
Level 50: 99.88%
So depending on the IOs' level you're getting between +8% and +4% for a 5th slot.
For mixed IO levels I'd recommend Mids!

This might be a really stupid question but, what the hell is frankenslotting???
What is Frankenslotting? 
Frankenslotting just means putting IOs from different sets in the same power. It's a way to buff 2 or 3 aspects of a power at the expense of the others.
As an example, my Stone tank has both a Multi-Strike Dam/End and a Scirocco's Dervish Dam/End in mud pots 'cos I want as much damage and endurance reduction as I can get but I'm not bothered about accuracy, recharge etc.

Quick question.
In order to save slots, I was planning on Frankenslotting my self-healing powers. Normally, I'll put 3xrecharge, 3xheals into those powers.
So, in order to Frankenslot to roughly the same level, would it be 4 or 5 slots that's needed with Heal/Recharges in them?
(From level 35 or so upwards, that is)
