Pocket D pretty much *is* that, minus a few things. I think, if this would be followed up, it would go there.

If it had a Wentworths and a crafting table it'd be my second home too, much easier to get to than Steel.
Not sure about the theme park bit though.
The ski slop once a year is enough.
Although I'd pay to see the easter bunny set up shop in Pocket D's vault through spring :P

Yeah I think PD could get some of that stuff but a lot of that isn't City of... it's more Theme Park Manager or something.
There's already a tailor, and a salvage store, arena, Insp shop... so it would take very little to add Enh sales and an invention table

The actual City of zones could do with these more than Pocket D.

Probably because, though players always say they love them, they actually see next to no use except when part of an event.
LotRO had a tag game built into it. Never saw it used. Horse races and the like at seasonal events though, they were popular.
Back OT: The one issue with a Wentworths at PD (or another coop zone) is that you'd need both that and a Black Market, doubling the space requirements. Still, I can see PD getting more facilities, though (as Zortel pointed out) the hero zones are fairly lacking in facilities and could do with some effort being put in there.

I would like to see a place, in a coop area, probably an extension to Pocket D or a new zone. Dedicated to socialising but with a tailors, shops, crafting stations, Wentworths, Vault, bars, cafes, a hotel, a theme park, with year round slides, a "danger room"/Mission Architect area when its released. All that kind of jazz all in one place available to all.
Like i said this would make a great addition to Pocket D as it already has some of the stuff there plus the arena and the monkey cage fighting.
