Well it is a nice thing if you wand to maximize you day job gains to with in the hour. But if you just take them as they come not that important.

How many badges could you get if you played your toon for 21 days?

Well that depend on what badges you are missing. If you try for the epic healing badge with only heal other... not even one
None, actually, as I have all of them with the exception of the PvP ones (which I'm not touching) and the epic ones (which will happen if they happen, not bovvered).
