Well, as long as you have Shivans up, vengeance, eat 4 purple insps any team should be fine in any end-fight SF/TF but in some teams it does get a bit frustrating. I've been fighting the honoree for a long time in some cases and ended up in a team that didn't eat their 4 lucks fighting the Nictus Romulus yesterday and it IS frustrating.
The thing is to REALLY get all to eat their 4 lucks, repeatedly and you can do basically anything in any team. it will take a few runs but even without shivans, debuffs and vengeance it can be done. It's just so much easier with it all.
After all, several of us has been on MoRSF runs that was successful. THAT one however DOES require very specific team builds (still leaving 1-3 spots open for others tho')
