Thanks all!

Well at least one power is obvious... Dual Pistols. And they are ...lets face it.. awesome.
I supose Willpower could be a good power for her too...

Her cleavage seems to change size every now and then though... magic cleavage perhaps?
*giggles*. I can imagine that it could come in handy!

Hmmm what would the powers list be like for the Cleavage set I wonder...
a mixture of the Illusion and Mind Controller sets perhaps?

Distract? (almost certainly)
Levitate? (well partially anyway )
Mesmerize? (bonus {lol} vs. male targets?)
Flash? (one can only hope...)
Fixate? (kinda like Placate except it's bound to have a much improved animation over that silly hand wave)
Empty Mind? (kinda like Clear Mind except you forget what the hell you were doing a second ago)
Adrenalin Boost? (Self explanatory heh)

Or how about...
Disrupt Traffic? (use with caution or risk gridlock)

What do you guys think the tier 9 would be...

I'd say keep it simple. Cleavage secondary would be three powers. Tier's 1-7 would be upgrades, that manipulated mob reaction from "Double-Take" to "Complete Focused Attention". An increasing To-Hit Debuff and Recharge Slow. Tier 8 could be AoE Disorient and Tier 9 would auto-defeat every mob in the room. Mob animations would be Looney-Tune-ish...telescopic eyes, jaw dropping to the floor and tongue rolling out on the ground like a carpet, accompanied by a "awooooooga" sound.

Another little update regarding my right thumb.
It's now healed for about 95%!
Holding a pencil is no longer a problem. But now time is a problem again.
So I draw when I can ..which is waaaaay less often than I want to!

Don't worry though! I will get there . Better late then never, as I always say

Well, it's been another while...and I don't think my thumb will ever completely heal.
But....
I'm not giving up either . It'll just have to get used to holding a pencil again hehe.

Anyways, I've been working on CR's request a bit more and only need to put in details. So yay, nearly finished!

Well.. all that looking around at drawings made me finish up the next request I had lying around!

This is QuarriosSoul's Recalculus.
A heavy muscled mysterious man with a helmet.
I liked the pose he had on the screenie, so kept it
