The story behind the drawing:
He's looking in the mirror, feeling sad and lonely and is thinking of shaving his beard.
On his back you will see three stars. One big one with the letter A in it. That's for his wife Anita, God rest her soul. And 2 little stars, one with the letter M and one with the letter W. Those are for his twinchildren Miriam and Wesley, God rest their souls too. Darn Rikti....

Rushmore is a stone tank, right? Please tell me he's a stone tank.

Rushmore is indeed a Stone/Stone/Earth Tanker. With that name how can he not be?

His real name is Jamie Mathews, he gained his powers from the Spirit of America on a class visit to Mount Rushmore, and he can only transform when on American soil. He transforms by lifting his hand to the sky and shouting "America, GIVE ME STRENGTH!"
