Not really a guide, but more of a handy trick.
Type /++up to jump automatically, just like pressing R for autorun
Found this handy for superjumping from one end of IP to the other whilst doing stuff on the internet/MSN. It's also handy if you're following someone whilst you grab something to eat so you don't get stuck behind anything
You could also make a macro/bind for it:
/bind <key>, "++up"
or
/macro <name>, "++up"
