Concerning the +stealth IO...

I have it slotted in superspeed. Does it apply the stealth every 2 minutes whilst SS is running or do I need to turn SS off and on against after 2 minutes to get it back on again?

Keeps running while the power is toggled on, and for 2 mins after it is switched off.

Technically, it probably applies a 2 minute duration Stealth effect every couple of seconds, but it's the same thing really.

iirc its about every half second so effectively it lasts whilst the power is active +120 seconds after.

I always thought procs in toggle powers 'ticked' every 10.3 seconds. Although it's still early. *yawn*

I think they happen at the same rate as the power they're slotted into.

And before anyone goes, "but it's always on so it doesn't tick," yes, it does. That's how continuous powers are actually implemented in this game.

But it's not a proc it's a unique that lasts for 120 seconds after the power is switched off.

I think you'll find that's a proc with a 100% hit chance giving 30ft of Stealth with a 120 second duration, which is unresistable and does not stack with the same power from the same caster.

1) The power ticks
2) The proc is allowed to activate (for example, a damage proc in a damage or debuff aura will only tick when there's a target in range.
3) The proc hasn't activated (whether or not it's actually hit anything doesn't matter) within the last 10 seconds.

I put the +stealth IO in Sprint - so if I want it on it doesnt use huge amounts of End and I run a tadge faster
