Wouldn't the other 10 be the opposite side's Mayhem/Safeguard badges and (if you're playing a hero), the Jailbreak badge?

No idea. Unfortunately, you can't sort by zone (unless I13's shiny new badge interface allows that - I just stopped looking after seeing the counters), so I guess you're just going to have to look through your list and tick them off manually

Get the badgehunting add on thing (whose name eludes me), and use their guide to bind and cycle all badges into your set title (their method of clocking which badges you have).
Some common ones you may be missing:
2 in The Hive
Centre of the RWZ mothership
2 in Pocket D
Safeguard badges
Guess you mean Herostats (unstable) or TnT.
Both of those are badge tracking sites. You have to register at either badgehunter.com or cohtitan and install the program. then use
/bindloadfile [loc of file]/settitle.txt
then press the T etc..
If your settings are in order they badges will be uploaded to your profile. (however i thinks its always best to do the procedure twise.)
Also have an excel sheet myself where i have all the badges listed. (the changes with badge listing in issue 13 was.. shocking 
)

You can just go through all the exploration badges in the badges window, clicking on each in turn. The only things you need settitle for are the Gladiator badges, which you can't otherwise use as a title.

Have you actually created an account on Titan Network? You need to do that then add your character to get the badge tracking to work, then it's a question of clicking all your badges and waiting a few mins for the CIT site to update

Depends on how fast you do it, if you are doing the bind file thing it can take a few passes through it if you have a lot of badges, and I'm talking over 3 or 4 hundred here 
Also, you NEED to do the bind file to get the Gladiator badges to go through as well.
Worth doing though, I use it for all my toon and I only badge seriously on the one

I have 390 badges - I think it must be the 'few runs' thing - 2nd time round it got me to 293 - last 100 to pick up tonight hopefully - although maybe I still went too fast lol. It does seem to pick up on Vet rewards so i had 'Respec' and 'Free Tailor Session' as my badge title a few times lol

I prefer the TNT one for badges, though Herostats will add a toon to the CIT site for you, I don't think the TNT one does

Im using both of them (TnT and unstable Herostats) (and my own sheet).
Since I got a few badges.. Well a few runs are required. With the recent updates to HS and TnT I know that I don't have to manually click the croatoa badges

I was browsing my badge collection and I appear to only have 110 exploration badges whereas there are apparently 120 accorsing to Red Tomax site. How can I easily find out whch 10 I am missing since I thought I had them all
