This is not relevant anymore. Nothing is being replaced anymore, they are adding the new powers as a 5th power to the pools instead. For Soul Mastery Gloom is staying in and Darkest Night is being added as the 5th power.

Anyway, is/are there any clear perference(s) among the 4 patron in i13? Personally, I think Arctic breath would be quite good, although I would like to see some numbers first.

Because Mu Mastery was a popular pick in its current incarnation and they originally intended to replace powers, not add new ones. Here's hoping it gets Short Circuit or something someday soon, though
I hope they add Tesla Cage because of my SS Brute. But it would be OP. Short Circuit makes sense but it's not that useful for a Brute IMO. Preventing enemies from attacking = less Fury = less damage.
Perhaps EM Pulse? Elec Blasters are getting Power Surge at lvl 44, I think it would be balanced.
Maybe Shocking Grasp.

Is Black Scorpion still the prefered patron for his Web Envelope?
From what i can understand is, PvP is going to be much slower once Issue 13 hits so i wonder if the Web Envelope is still needed.
I'm wondering if i should just go with Ghost Widow and get Gloom, which will surpress my target anyway and actually do a respectable amount of damage to boot.
Decisions, Decisions.
