Maybe it's just an export bug but the slotting order looks very wrong (pre L21 slots in the Dwarf form powers?).

You don't know about the respec bug?

You can put slots into thr Nova and Dwarf powers before you actually get the form powers in a respec. Handy way to spend those early slots

Been there since forever and I'm quite sure they'll never fix it seeing it makes it just that tiny bit easier to arrange slots into forms and the more powerful powers you get later without having to in some cases waste the few important slots at the beginning.

I don't think I've ever heard of that bug. Then again I've never had to respec a Kheld. I only started a serious attempt at a PB (Tri-Form) a few weeks ago and she's ticking along nicely as part of a sunday night team. The raw firepower seems to rival my Nrg/Nrg blaster. With the i13 changes she's going to go from devastating to sheer Awesome.

Once I hit 22 with my WS I (ab)used the bug to reslot Nova and Dwarf so I had the Heal, Mire and Taunt slotted along with my Resistance fully slotted.

As well as spending my 1-6 slots on my Nova powers.

I dont think the devs are going to fix it anyway. It's been there for a long time and I'm 100% sure they've noticed it already. Besides, what reason do they have to limit the already very tight (slot wise) tri-form Kheldian builds?

I got several salvage tables full of IOs now and if I decide to PvP on a Kheld that's when I will IO set it. I have my pure build concept character for PvE which is just about fine. If I don't decide to PvP with one then I may have a Dwarf and Nova Heavy build with human form for self buffs in between that for once include powerpools that may still work in PvP.

If I ever get back to playing my khelds, I will be keeping them pretty much as I planned them out:

Three Four All: PB, all forms, mainly nova and dwarf.
Eklyps: WS, human/dwarf, mainly human with dwarf panic button.

I am fully aware that they might not be the most effective builds, but I am the master of sub-optimal builds.

I play a WS as my Main Hero and can't comment on my i13 without knowing about the new recipes.

It's currently a perma-Eclipse Triform-Build which I find just about awesome: Does very respectable AoE and ST damage and does get all spillover aggro from the tank, keeping the team safe.

Due to the fact that I rely on Accuracy mainly from Set-Boni (close to 70% so far) than from Enhancements, I can make use of Procs for quite a bit of additional Damage.

So a new:
- Slow/Knockback Proc that does something like Debuff or Damage
- ToHit/Res/Def/Heal Purple that give some kind of Buff to me
would be greatly appreciated and would affect the Build quite a bit.

If the new Sets don't look good, my Triform WS will remain the same.

With a bit of luck, one of those will have Mag3 or 4 Status Protection in them. Well, probably not, but a man can dream.

I still find building a level 50 Kheldian a fricken' headache despite the changes so I'm not sure what my build(s) will look like.
I'll definitely remain tri-form for PVE though, I just don't know how I'll be IO'ing the poor fellow.
Now for PVP I haven't got a fricken' clue, if we'll even be viable to begin with.
