Stone primary synergies?
if /energy was a good powerset, the synergy between those two worked. Stone takes a lot of endurance, Energy keeps your endurance up. Sadly /energy isn't that great (until you hit 38, after which you're quite reliant on your godmode, but at least it works)

I tried Stone/WP when WP toons were being boosted on test and I would recomend that. The knockdown gave lots of time for regen to work and the recovery boost helped with the end cost

How is end with elec? I have a lot of willpower scrappers so i would like to try something else.
Not played Elec to any degree, I'd imagine it would be hard going until Powersink.
Actually Fire might be a good choice too, as consume is helpful and comes at a fairly low level

stone could work well with energy. If you want to go down the aid self route as fault can be used to knock down surrounding targets to give you space to fire of aid self.
stone/fire also works well stones abundance of knock down/back powers helps of set fires lowish resistance and can again give you that few seconds of breathing space to fire of a healing flames or a consume.
not tryed a stone/elec yet but did take a elec/elec to 50 elec armour handles its self well in most situations and its possible to get to 50 without the need of aid self (though again it can be used with fault to by breathing space to use it). Elec would also benefit from stones soft control powers and high ish damage to lessen some of the incoming damage. Elec also has 2 powers to help manage end usage which is always helpful with a end heavy set like stone.
Here's an odd one; Ever Considered /Dark?
IT has quite a few aoe's as well as the pbaoe dot (Murky Cloud)
Also It can work well with stone since again with the knockbacks etc. You'd be like an aoe master.

I have a Stone Melee/Willpower Brute I just got to level 50, he is a BEAST. Way more powerful than my fully IO'd Energy Melee/Electric Armour Brute. If you play on Union, you could drop me a tell (@Aurrius is my global) and I could show you how awesome the combo is.
@Shangz: The damage aura from Dark Armour isn't Murky Cloud (that's a shield), it's Death Shroud.

So since ea is looking interesting in i13 i was wondering if i could go stamina less? Would it work if i slotted for end redux?
Mmh, staminaless + stone melee... No, I really can't see how it could work ^^'
My stone/stone uses stamina and is highly end-slotted (60-70% with io sets), and its blue bar is often very low. So even energy or elec armors won't enable you to skip stamina.
You probably could go staminaless but it would take a lot of work of course when you got high anuff in lvl to take conserve power and energy drain it would become a peice of cake.
you'd be looking at slotting all your attacks for MAX (probably 3 or 4 end reds eatch) endurance reduction as well as probably 2 end red in each sheild up till atleast 29 where you could have energy drain slotted.
after 29 you could swap out some of those end reducers in attacks for more acc or recharge
Personally i would go for or the hammer attacks 4endred/2acc pre 29 and 2endred/2acc/2recharge after 29 you could also probably quite safely drop stone fists at this point if you had taken it.

Its not a great build and has a lot of powers stuck in just because there was nothing else to take what i was really looking at was the fact that fault could be combined with aid self as fault has a recharge of 10 seconds and aid self has a recharge of 10.9 with 2 recharge IOs (10seconds if 3 recharge IOs) so you could trigger fault then use aid self in relative safely even mid combat
I´m going to roll a Stone/? brute to see how it plays since i plan on making a Stone/Shield brute when i13 hits so does anyone has any suggestions?
i want big orange numbers and will probably wander off into zones but will not sacrifice powers that work in pve just to have a streamlined pvp build.
Also need help how to slot the primary but bear in mind that my highest villain is 26 so my funds villainside is limited. Also want proc suggestions since i´m a procaholic.
