The idea is to create an options when you make you're character, to choose "Age Character"
The idea of the system, is that you get to choose, a level 1 size and a level 50 size, So as you level you character slowly grows bigger, kinda a Roleplaying suggestion, so when people first see you, you're a kid, and if they see you later at lvl 50, you're a full grown man/woman

Or just make the default be the same size for 1 and 50 so no effect unless you change it.

Checking my screenshots folder for an average, 50 screenshots is about 14MB of data. So you're looking at downloading a medium-sized patch when you view someone's scrapbook. Where are the files kept? Presumably the owner's PC, which means they can be edited, which means NCSoft have a potential sitaution of distributing porn, aside from the bandwidth involved in transfering all those files from PC to server to PC.
It isn't practical.

Now, I could see a lot of people thinging this was a pretty cool idea as a standalone concept. Plenty of folks try to snap their 50 Ding and automating that would likely be a well thought of idea.

Aye i saw that, maybe I was too cryptic in displaying my veiled dislike of the idea. But it's simply not my cup of tea. Maybe some people want to have a character storyline that spans an entire human lifespan..a baby fighting hellions, to an OAP taking on Recluse.
I for one would rather the devs spent their time on things that 99% of the player base won't overlook

Looked at that way, it's a bit daft. Average character lifespan is maybe a year. Even teenagers don't age that much in that time.
There are special cases, but the roleplayers who have done it have usually put the effort into recreating the character over and over again as they change, plus you can get a couple of inches height difference out of leg length, which works well for girls at least.

You can't change your height once you start the game. The only height that can be changed is the length of the legs. So even if you'd go to Icon/Facemaker every level, you'll still have the size of a child at 50.

Then perhaps the OP should suggest that the frame scales are unlocked at Icon, or something. That's sensible.

Hmm, I have to agree Xemulas; that does sound sensible. I'd be very happy if that would be implemented.
We've been asking for it for years. Since at least the point when the face and figure sliders were added.

As I have posted before, Captain Britain was more akin to a SR scrapper when he was first introduced. Now however, later in his career he is more like an invuln tank (appearances and powers included).

It comes into play even more if your character is a "Hulk" type character. The transformation from huge guy to huge monster isn't much compared to the transformation from regular guy to huge monster. In comic book history there are so many instances of total body transformation on use of powers (my favourite being the "shazaam" Billy Batson-Captain Marvel) that I can't believe it's not already an option in the game as part of a costume choice.
I suspect that if they could have done it, they would have already, so it's a fundamental limitation of the engine in some way. Similarly, I don't think we'll ever see the possibility of changing body type (male/female/huge) after creation. (Pretty sure the idea of a character that changes sex when they go from normal to super has appeared in a comic book. I just know someone would like to do it in-game. )
