So logged onto my account today and tried to sub to my account again and this time IT WORKED! but I made a mistake I had only put 1 month payment so I thought "Opps I'll change that" tried again for the 6 months and guess what... FRAUD SUSPECTION again.... will it ever end ??

It's the bank, number of transactions is too high, resets slowly.
It's an automatic procedure. More than 3 or 4 transactions in a 24 hour period automatically flags this up, OR, you exceeded the transaction amount limit you set when you register the card.

As FFM has said mate, it happened to me after had used my card more than 4 times in 24hrs, sent of a petition and had this explained to me by a reply, so very surprised you have heard nothing back as yet!
I think I must of sent about 5 replys just trying to get a answer, but at least I know now, Just annoys the **** outta me atm.
As for opening another Petition about it, This I have already done and within seconds was closed and was told to wait for a reply for the other one...
Now i;m sorry but doesnt that seem alittle Ironic, told they this one is being closed and that my other one will be seen asap, couldnt they have looked at that one after they closed the 2nd one?

had something similar to this happen to me recently because i pay for 2 acounts so can end up with quite a few trasactions at once from nc
. i had to go to my credit card company tho to get a decent explination and basicly with payment systems like the one used for this game the credit companys watch very very closely and more than one or 2 transations in a short time and the bloke payments for 24hours but after that 24 hour mark it should be all normal again untill the next time it gos in a huff with you

That's an automated response. As for your original petition, every time to reply to a petition, it resets its position in the queue, so all your 5 replies did was bump it to the back of the queue 5 times.

I bought 5 new character slots in the first week that slots went on sale, and the next day I had a phone call from Visa asking me if I had actually made the purchase as they had it flagged as "suspicious".
Tbh I'm not really fussed by either the card company or the vendor making really sure that it was me that made the purchase - I'm glad that they're checking up, just in case my card details ever do get stolen and used fraudulently online.
But then I remember years ago my Dad's new credit card was stolen in the mail (by a postman, as it turned out) and the thief went to London and spent up to the whole limit in one day (in Mothercare apparently...). Back then the fraud protection measures weren't so good and my Father had a hell of a time convincing Mastercard it wasn't him that made the purchases. It dragged on for over 6 months. Thank goodness we live outside the UK, because in the end it was purely the fact he could prove he hadn't left Guernsey (the Channel Island we live on) that convinced Mastercard he couldn't have made the purchases himself.

That's not true, actually. Sending in additional updates to a petition does not reset it in the queues. Opening additional petitions for the same issue, however, slows down the entire support process for everyone (including your own original petition). Tickets are generally reviewed for priority as they come in, which is why the duplicate petition will have been seen and closed so quickly.
Has that changed then? Because that's how Bridger explained it to us a couple of years ago...

You have received the "Fraud Suspicion" error message because there were too many attempts to use your card in a short time period. Please wait for at least 24 hours after your last attempt before trying again. Any other attempts before 24 hours have passed will automatically receive the "Fraud Suspicion" error message.
