Some guy teleported a hero into the villain hospital so he could freely kill in a supposedly safe zone, and you're wondering if what you were doing is an exploit?

Militia: The Portent, Wavekite, Mr. Sandman.
The Cadre: WarpLocke, Zajin.
Numerous others.
Nah I was just there to get the Raider badge for the born in battle accolade. I thought it would be ok just to park my char in the hosp to get time accumulated and play GTA4 to pass time, periodly clicking my char to prevent AFK timeouts.
But having a hero deliberately being teleported into the supposed safe zone by another villain, then having said 'hero' laughing in my face about it makes me really upset about how some players treat others.
Sitting there clicking the screen alive or dead makes little difference tbh. Just ignore the friendless nubcake and play GTA tbh

What he did should be considered an exploit and griefing really. Hospitals are meant as a safe from harm zone where you can regroup, recover etc. Theres a reason why they added doors to it now compared to the old SC, because heroes that knew where they were going could divebomb past the drones into the hospital and go on a killing spree. I did that a couple of times as well, but not to grief, normally i'd try to solo 4 vills in hospital and die horribly

Especially if he logged in a 2nd account just to kill you over and over again (ie making it personal) it is griefing and you did right in petitioning.

So why didn't you stand next to a drone in the hospital? Or is it only the heroes hospital that has them?
I don't see the problem especially since there is a very easy way to avoid this. Use rest in the hospital. Or just lay there dead.
Thing is, I WAS next to a drone. But she targetted me and then tp'd me to a drone free spot.
first off, go to ouraborus and exemp. When on TF your account wont log out.
Secondly you lie there dead.
Thirdly petition the nimmer.

Also Rest gives resistance to Teleport, hence people suggesting it to stop griefers.

TPing in and out of the hosp in Siren's Call is an old bug that needs to be fixed. Calling all ye drunk devs, get somebody to work on this annoying bug.
It's not a bug - it's a feature. At least the TP'ing out is.
If there's a blind spot in the Villain Base/Hospital, then really it should be covered by another drone for parity with the Hero side.
(although - isn't there still that spot near the Hero Hospital where you can shoot at people coming out of it?

Plus 2 people can easily Teleport someone out of hospital at warburg. You just gotta know how to do it

I only killed you when you were my bounty, otherwise I went for the other villains on the map.
Thats how it works...
I wasnt picking on you personally, I go after the most wanted in the bounty system, thats what Sirens Call's feature is... and if there is a way for me to kill my target in the pvp zone im going to do it.
Otherwise stay out the PvP zone.
There is a clear warning when you enter Sirens call that hero's may attack you in this zone.
If there is an area that this wasnt allowed then it would be governed by a safe Zone just like warburg.
PS. - And for those who love to quote previous threads and have a go at me for being hypocritical, I have since learned through experience and moans that i myself have had, that all is fair in PvP, and now I just get on with it.
Accept the risk when you enter the zone.
If the idea of the accolade was to sit for 5 hours doing nothing it would not be called "Born in Battle" it would be called "Born sitting on your [censored] doing Sfa"

Yeah because villains soooooo cant sit on top of the hero hospital door in sirens picking off whoever they want.
Theres a way to get to the others hospital in every zone. Bloody bay is my fav since the safest route is underground to it

anyone who goes pvping for rep or bounty isnt a pvper, they need to quantify what they do to try and massage their own egos.
I mean really, who needs a marker to help them get their pray anyway?
On a side note I can get inside the hospital solo without any help and you can even get under the map and attack people from there, its still weak.

Very amusing thread!
I have bumped into donna in sirens when i was on one of my heroes. The most offensive person I have met in 12 months on CoX. Thats a real achievment. Something you must have worked really hard for.
I was in the sirens call zone with my brute getting the time spent badge for an accolade. Now let me be clear that I do NOT like pvp, especially when faced with the following person.
A controller kept shouting at me to get out of the hosp and pvp, they claimed I should be engaging in pvp to get this badge and dont deserve the accolade otherwise.
They logged on their villain on another account and used this character to TP the hero into the hosp to kill my unprepared self. They did this several times. Is this an exploit in the game's mechanics?
I dont want to name names but this is one of the worst people I have ever come across in any online game. I really wish the devs wouldnt force people in Sirens to get an accolade badge.
I sent a petition about this person but was also wondering if the GM's would do anything.
