10) Indomitable Will

I really should do something about this signature.

That's a fairly tight looking build right there. Widows are leaving us spoiled for choice - I'm looking forward to playing one but I'm not looking forward to trying to build one.

Defiant 50s: Generalissimo, Righteous Bob, Splortch, Brutus Cayuga
Union 50's: Chimera Obscura, Diet Anthracite, Grim Proctologist, Puny Little Minion, Raging Bitumen

In Soviet Russia, mission farm you!

Fortunatas seem MUCH harder to build than Night Widows! It's so hard choosing what not to take!

Yep thats hard! tho i will be going the none travel power way again for 2 reasons
2 more powers for the choosing
never seen a superspeeding SoA!

powers that i would skip that you have in,

combat training offensive - acc is easy to come by

Psi scream - bit weak, out of place on a NW imo

I would trade those two out for aid self personally

Assault is a 50/50 one, I want it but I also like having combat jump to slot in specific IOs (other sef powers dont have the room)

I would get the dart burst in there too, the -regen is pretty tasty

I would post my build on here but i dont want clones

I would like to have at least one psi attack to use on targets with high resistance to lethal damage.

CT: Offensive is for the to hit debuff resistance, not the +acc.

I'm uncertain about Placate and Smoke Grenade.

if nothing else placate is a good burst damage enducer

To not take placate on such an at, or even to wait 13 lvls to take it, is like to not take build up on a brute or a scrapper... No, it's worse.
You can do it, but it won't be a good build, more a challenging one ^^

If you can kill your foe with a crtitical -> placate -> critical combo it is excellent. However against tougher foes placate hurts DPS.

Consider a much simplfied example. You have an attack that does 100 points and 150 on a critical.

You cycle it with placate. Avarage damage per attack = 75 points, since placate does zero.

Or you replace placate with an attack that does 60 points of damage. Avarage damage per attack = 80 points. Your DPS is better.

This is a hugely oversimplified example of course, and with some attacks palacate will improve DPS, but it's not a simple calculation.

both will be included in any build that I do, placates benefits are + damage which is great when you line up for aoes like spin and I will never be without smoke nade after killing crystals with hardly any mobs agroing on me in the imperious TF

I thought Follow Up and Build Up couldn't both be picked in the one build?
