I can't even begin to grasp what to do yet, the potential is astronomical. To be honest, I'd just be thrilled taking part in these rather than creating something which focusses upon my character implicitly. But who knows.

Ideas for Missions:
The Overclocked Arc -
A new 'drug' on the street, in the form of cybernetic chips inserted into the back of the neck to induce 'highs' or grant people the ability to go beyond their limits floods onto the streets of Paragon, and it's up for the Heroes to investigate, before people get hurt.
Flashback Arc - Breaking Free
A temporal disturbance has occured, and is threatening to try and cancel out the event that caused Nene MacAllister to break free of her programming and become a fully fledged AI. Heroes have to go back and assist the prgogrammer in breaking her AI locks and then help Nene escape.
Think about some Historical missions, until I recover from the shock of the announcement - then most likely I hope to do some origin stories and praetorian alt threat stories.

hmm... I might do one for Drade's epic story, The master Gateway, that would be alot of work however.. 
Assuming we can design the bosses it'd be a chance for us villianous villians to do some proper villiany, multiple story arc, each with the same shadowy mastermind behind them.
The clues adding up, a realisation, a confrontation, love lost and gained and 1000 elephants!

Possible Farm mission idea. Hell Gates and waves of ambushers that keep coming. Have the "300" feel to it. Oh hell you just go back in time to meet the spartans.

I guess an idea for a Sky Raider/Carnie crossover might just be possible (looks at the level caps for both groups) - but then maybe not!
Well, I think I'm going to use the basis of the 'What would your character's TF be?' thread some time ago and work from there. For AP, the theme would definitely be the war against drugs in Paragon and YES I will be putting some hunt missions in there :P
Other characters have stories which I can't possibly have time for but which have been sat on the slow-cooker at the back of my brain, bubbling away for some time now.
And heck, it'll be a chance to god-mod legitimately !

I'd love to go through the origins of other characters - question is, will there be enough room on the Wiki for the inevitable updates?
I might need help to make that Arc, since most of it I have writen down or in Chat log.. the rest is lost somewhere in time and cyberspace.
I'm sure you've heard the news alread, so...what story arcs are you guys going to create?
For me, it'll be first things first. I am so, so, so, so, so, SO going to have the player travel back in time and experience events that happened in my character's backstory. Her appointment to Arachnos, the failed raid on Paragon City, the death of her rivals and and and...OMG.
